Welcome to Pepaco Process Management (trading name of HCR North East Ltd).

Pepaco organise and administer the production of the Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Condition Reports (HCRs) throughout the North of England. This process is important in order to enable organisations to comply with the Energy Performance Certificate Regulations (England and Wales) 2007.

Our clients include some of the largest Home Information Pack (HIP) Providers in the country as well as independent conveyancing firms who also produce the HIP, Estate Agents and several Local Authorities/Social Housing Providers. These are organisations who have a legal and business requirement for the production of the EPCs but who can recognise the cost and administration efficiencies of outsourcing the production process.
